This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law and the laws of the People's Republic of China.

You agree to use the Services and Products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the Services or Products in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

13. Termination

The failure of Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd.
18. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
This Agreement is for the benefit of you and Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd and is not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. No third party shall have the right to enforce any provision of this Agreement.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd regarding the use of our Services or Products, including creating an account and purchasing products or services, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or Products, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services or Products exceed the amounts you have paid to Shenzhen Longkexin Technology Co., Ltd for the purchase of products or services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
